64-bit, 0.10.1.1, no mods. While dragging a dolly, I attempted to add a loose bulkhead bin to it by SHIFT-clicking on the bin in the inventory pane. I expected this to cause the bulkhead bin to be added to the dolly; instead, I began dragging the bulkhead bin and the dolly disappeared from the inventory pane, while still visible in-game.

Might be similar issue, had blackout crew memeber that placed on the dolly. Tried Remo ing member from the doly on the ground while draging the dolly. Dolly not present in the game anymore, yet visible. Crew member same, still visible, not accessible, still in the dolly prob....
Reload removes visuals for this, teleports crew member to other location and its also inaccessible. Had second crew member reappeared a little woth diff character visuals no skills or traits and gone again.
