Hey @river ibex! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

hiiii im makin a ferrothorn custom base, having trouble with shading the vines tho. My biggest concerns are the dithering in the blue (is this a good place to use dithering? if so how can I make it better looking and if not what's a better way to shade the area?) and the tangents/shading of the red (should this part of the sprite be moved bc of the tangents? when I get to shading it how can I do so without losing the sense of depth?) I'm sure the sprite is flawed in other ways, please be critical abt the whole thing n all, but those are the biggest problems i have with it so far

Anyone use Procreate?
Trying to help another artist, they keep getting issues upon resizing. I tried it out in procreate and also got issues. I'm not familiar with the program

EDIT: Found the solution! Leaving this here for anyone who has troubles in the future.

  1. Follow this guide for the most part https://youtu.be/ktjiYjwHp5k?t=80
  2. STOP following it at 2:28.
  3. Instead of dragging to resize manually (this will cause half pixels), just double tap the corner of the selection box around the art. This will pop up a "dimensions" settings box.
  4. Multiply the dimensions by 3. (For example, 67 --> 201)

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!
