However, both of these are locked to Indigo Disk
AKA post base game, post Teal Mask
Speaking of Teal Mask though, I see most people refer to Ogerpon as cute
And you can access Teal Mask extremely early
If you include it, Ogerpon is easily the best option for battles

2: Pachirisu is not an ice type, it is an electric type
3: Mega Gyarados isn't a glass cannon
4: Pachirisu doesn't quite work well in the SV VGC metagame (or singles but that one is obvious)
Shouldn't matter too much though, Pokemon is mostly an easy game
Pachirisu does have more existent stats than an NFE
Not a lot more but hey it's something to work with if you're restricting yourself this much
Pachirisu was used because it was one of the few Pokemon with electric immunity and redirection, making it a good support for Electric-weak Pokemon
Even then though, it was a niche antimeta pick that worked out well
Now though...
Well, despite Miraidon running rampant, it still doesn't seem to be performing very well
Iirc, Sejun Park brought Pachirisu to Worlds this year and didn't make it to day 2
