Pokémon Sage. It's still in the demo but it is really good quality. (Three gyms btw). If you want a hint as to which starter, ||grass is considered hardest for the demo's gym typings, water is considered easiest and fire is considered mid||
Anyway, its a really good game and its being actively worked on.

Also keep in mind that the bar for good stats is much lower for this game, 90 is really good and 110 is like overpowered

since we are in other pokemon games and not IF: any pokemon that can evolve but hasn't can also hold an eviolite to boost its defense stats in gen 5 and up. in IF the eviolite's too late to matter but in other gens it can be usually obtained in midgame
