You can fight the blissey raids, they give you various types of shards and if you happen to have a bug one you'll get mostly bug type ones from it.

This Jigglypuff I caught at level 4 for my team was holding a moon stone already so i can evolve it whenever, I just don't know.

I don't think I've ever actually used Geodude. Might be interesting to use this playthrough.

I was playing Pokemon tcg on Switch online, and I had a great battle against the water gym leader. She had a blastoise out as her last pokemon that took out my electabuzz, so I switched to my eevee to be my last pokemon, evolved it into a jolteon, put an energy on it, and used venusaur's pokemon power to transfer two more energy to it so it could use its strongest move and win.

although what I'm going to say works for both online and offline, you can do it with others near you:
if a person has violet version and does the whole "play with another person in the overworld" thing with a scarlet player, you can get other version exclusives yourself by catching them in their session
