What about if, you draw normal cherubi main body, add the second head like you already did. add some arms (kinda like melo) to the main body and then, since there is no need for a stem since both head are fused, shape the stem as a weapon for cherubi to hold (maybe the second face could have little arms and a tiny bit of stem as weapon too)
