The design is kinda weak but it's fit the pokemon world well enough. Look at ekans or seel. They are basically normal animal.
At leas this elephant have a twist. having the water droplet at the end of the tail. Granted that it doesn't make a lot of sens that an water droplet will stay there without dripping but hey, pokemon isn't a realistic game anyway
