Hello. Just downloaded the latest version, and now the custom sprites I was using for my 'mons no longer appear. I only see the Japeal stuff.

This was on the announcement page did you try this If you're having sprite problems with the new update, you can fix them by finding the Update man in Pokemon centers and selecting Advanced Options > Other options > Reset Options > Clear sprites cache.

I updated the fresh install and got the game to launch and it starts normally and then fades to a black screen after a couple seconds.

I found a solve for the sprite issue!!! If you talk to the Update Man and choose "Advanced Options", "Other Options", "Reset Options", and then "Reset Alt. Sprite Substitutions", it seems to fix the problem! Apparently it had something to do with alternate sprite choices, as I noticed that many of the pokemon in my game that were missing sprites appeared to be ones where I had chosen an alternate sprite for them to use.

6.6.0 Fix Read This! So after reading info from the mods and ⁠announcements I finally Got it working to fix the sprites And black |||| screen that also closes.

Delete your existing PIF

(Pokemon Infinite Fusion) Data, the whole folder. Dont worry your save files will stay!

Then download the Lightweight installer.

Then use the Help Man on the second floor of most Poke Centers and go to
Advanced Options
Other Options
Reset Options
Clear Sprite Cache

Then check your pokemon.
All sprites should be back to normal.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

If you're having sprite problems with the new update, you can fix them by finding the Update man in Pokemon centers and selecting Advanced Options > Other options > Reset Options > Clear sprites cache.

If the sprites work fine for you, then you can disregard this. I'm currently working on a general fix, so thanks for your patience

your download comes with most of the sprites by default, and yes, with wifi off it means the game won't download them, you would need to manually add the sprites to the game; but that tag is to help improve lag if the other performance steps aren't doing enough

but you should still be able to see sprites

if that is on while wifi is off, it may be attempting to connect to the sprite repo causing further lag when you encounter something new

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

Afterwards any missing sprite is not broken but you simply hit a download cap for the auto download

The best way to farm exp is through trainer rematches. You can talk to a trainer again and get the option to rebattle them. The more you battle them, the higher the level they become and their Pokémon can evolve as well.

Number of Rematches:

• After 9 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, the head and body Pokémon will evolve.
• After 19 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, it will evolve again.

Not sure if this has been reported by anyone but when I complete the bicycle race in Cerulean City, after completing the race, it teleports me to the left of the city, trapping me in the trees. The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

Hey @fading apex! You cannot install this game on iPhone or iPad. This game is not a ROM Hack so Delta won't work and we are not planning to release an iOS version.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.
