The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

  1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and data that the normal game doesn't have.
    🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
  2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
  3. Run a virus scan

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

  1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
  2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

Starting to encounter small oddities in my 3rd mobile save file. Sounds for some doors not playing when entering then from outside, a single sprite missing from my game, the oricorio quest guy spazzing out and teleporting to his end spot upon quest completion, placing a hat on my rock smash guy has a duplicate of his sprite appearing outside of the cutscene window during the hm use... haven't encountered anything else yet, save for the fact that this time around my game decided to actually render the Red shirt thing you get at the start for once.

I see a lot of people have the same problem as I have. When I start infinite fusion, it will show a error message "failed to create open Al". This is because the client can not recognize my audio interface. Every other output device works fine and will not create an error upon launch

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

  1. Open your game folder
  2. Double click SaveFile
  3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
  4. If your save slot was A, go to the File A folder
  5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
  6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

You should try to read NPC dialogue! They give very good hints on how to continue the game. Sometimes they also give you items! Don't forget to talk to NPC's and read what they say.

  • If you on a version lower than 6.4.1, reinstall in a NEW folder. Don't use your updater, it won't work due to bugs. Reinstalling doesn't remove or require you to move any Save Files. Use the Lightweight installer to install in a NEW folder ➡️ Click Here⬅️

just wait some time after installing. The game comes with .nomedia files androids use to stop images from going to your gallery but when you extract files it doesn't extract in order. So depending on your phone and how long it takes to scan media again, might take a while for it to go away.

I tried fusing Torkoal and Krabby to get a custom sprite and it lit up green before fusing. Post fusion however, it is the auto-gen one.

The error you are having is due to a corrupted save in your save folder conflicting with your current save.

Note: Ensure you know which save file is corrupted before continuing. You can see the save slot on the save selection screen.

  1. Open your game folder
  2. Double click SaveFile
  3. Delete the save file causing issues.
  4. If you don't know which it is, you can remove the save 1 by 1 from this folder until you find it

hey so i downloaded the game a bit ago (for pc), and both the loading screen between the opening cutscene and the main menu, and the loading screen when i encounter a pokemon are extremely long, generally the game seems to run smoothly tho outside of those specific instances and im not sure why. How to Update to the Latest Version (Windows)

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

  1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and data that the normal game doesn't have.
    🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
  2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
  3. Run a virus scan

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

  1. Open your game folder
  2. Double click SaveFile
  3. There is a folder named backups. Open it.
  4. If your save slot was A, go to the File A folder
  5. Rename whichever save file you want to revert back to "File A.rxdata"
  6. Copy the save and replace your corrupted/old save with this new one you renamed

saves won't corrupt randomly unless you have the game files in an odd place [somewhere that onedrive or another cloud sync service could bork them up], you downloaded something sketchy which borked things, or you were messing with debug in unintended ways

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

Git has locked your game folder from updating. To fix:

  1. Open your game folder.
  2. Enable the setting to view hidden files. How to do that
  3. Delete the .git folder you will see in your folder now
  4. Delete your Data folder (This will reset your game data, but it will keep your save data)
  5. Update Again by double clicking on INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat
  6. Double click Game to open the game.
