Correct, I did not use the installation guide but I did do the steps from your discord, apparently it was linked to version 6.0.x (don't remember the number) í am now going through the guide to troubleshoot what went wrong. (I did not go to any unofficial site or anything like that)

? mark or Invisible sprites are an issue with your internet. You need to be connected to stable internet and be on the latest version of the game to see sprites:

• HotSpot/Mobile Data doesn't count.

How to Reset your Sprite Pull:

1. Open your menu in game and select Options.
2. Go to the option named Download Spritesand turn it OFF.
3. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm at the bottom or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
4. Open options again and turn Download Sprites back ON.
5. Save your game and close it.
6. Reopen the game and your sprites should appear.

Git has locked your game folder from updating. To fix:

1. Open your game folder.
2. Enable the setting to view hidden files. How to do that
3. Delete the .git folder you will see in your folder now
4. Delete your Data folder (This will reset your game data, but it will keep your save data)
5. Update Again by double clicking on INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat
6. Double click Game to open the game.

Hi so I hatch a rockruff egg (it was blue too 😭) as it goes to Pokédex information I see another rockruff appear on the right of the screen, then it crashes with this error.
I hatched another egg as a test, but that was fine
I fused some Pokémon that would create a choice to choose a sprite and it did not crash.
Is there a fix for this or do I never hatch this egg?!😂

How to Reset your Sprite Pull:

1. Open your menu in game and select Options.
2. Go to the option named Download Spritesand turn it OFF.
3. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm at the bottom or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
4. Open options again and turn Download Sprites back ON.
5. Save your game and close it.
6. Reopen the game and your sprites should appear.

I've been trying to install the preloaded sprites but keep getting this error, and if i try to install them manually i get a different error. Anything i can do?

what error are you getting manually? This error essentially means your internet is timing out installing them

manually you download the Preloaded Zip, extract it, and copy and paste it.

So not much room for an error here. So yeah would depend what error it is

if you using like school wifi or a wifi with a firewall, seems like it is blocking it

then not sure, no clue what is on your computer that is blocking it

cause it isn't just files are being blocked locally, but internet too is being blocked

So unless you have a really strict anti virus

is there a reason to open INSTALL_OR_UPDATE if you already have the game files?

or you trying to update the game?

so we had that problem then i tried sending him my game files in a seperate folder and he launches the game but then we get a different error
