Last thing, just so you can know if it ever comes up. Using the installer/app, it did in fact keep my saves from the older 5.1.2 version and they work!

Hopefully this is the right place for this. Was doing the porygon quest in bill's PC and it refused to go through the door, blocking the exit, so I used the debugger to get out. hey i updated my game and the sounds aren't working despite me having the audio files

Make sure your volume mixer and endgame sound is not at zero. Also restarting your game a couple times works as well.

Hello! I was playing today in the mobile joiplay version, but the game froze when a trainer sent a new Pokemon in a battle. Then I restarted the game and now it always freezes in the "Loading" screen. How can I fix it?

can anyone help me, my game is lagging for ~15 secs everytime that i open my party, pc or anywhere with half-half sprites (im assuming). this has happened since updating to 6.1.2, but before this all my sprites in the party, pc etc were invisible, but it made my game run perfectly. Is there any way to revert back to the invisible case? or any way to fix the lagging issue?

Hello! I think I corrupted my save file.
I was playing and an asset took too long to load, the game crashed and now I cannot open it.
I tried re-installing the game without that save file, and it works fine. But I can't even copy-paste the save file. Is there any fix? I was in elite 4 🥲

if the save file is in the correct folder, with the correct name (mind the space between File and the letter) and it doesnt show up when you load a file, theres nothing we could do about it, we cant restore corrupted files :(/

Hey @zenith saffron! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

you dont even need to download the sprites .. but put the custombattlers folder from the sprite pack into the graphics folder of your game folder

You don’t lose your save unless you delete it yourself. You can delete the game folder and you keep your save

This happened to someone else on mobile. You need to redownload the game and extract in a new folder not replace your old version and mix files together

The app installer is just surprised your game was updated and didn’t know about it. So if you get to settings in the app installer and select change linked game and select your folder again it will fix the error

They should try again and verify it actually installed. The app installer tells you if it passed or failed. It won’t just close and say it worked. If it worked then they should show us a message saying it worked and troubleshoot from there

It does the same check the checkbox does of verifying the files before saying it worked

Hey @flint zodiac! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!
