Hey @sterile pivot! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

If you're willing to lose your save, you can try to rename the folder C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Roaming/infinitefusion/ and start again

Hey @sinful torrent! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

There are moves in the game that was never intended to be used by the player. Team Rocket had Pokemon who could unfuse your Pokemon. If that move is used it crashes the game

Yeah but you can have a person whose duty it is to keep up X number of working mirrors at any given time. So if the Megaupload link goes down they can make a new one, and try other ones. Take links down when people report viruses.

The reason why we made an updater that uses git directly is that many players found it very difficult to update their game. It also makes it so that I don't have to spend an hour every release just zipping everything and uploading it everywhere

I would prefer if you did not reupload the game elsewhere. It makes it very difficult to redirect people to the latest version when there are a bunch of zips at various versions floating around

We do hours upon hours of tech support over the same couple issues. Half of it stems from the git server. The git server is supposed to make the game easier to update but the game isn't being updated that often to warrent that and there are so many more varieties of issues that come from the git stuff

One individual spending hours to upload the game vs the countless of hours spent from other people providing tech support doesn't seem like a big deal to me

Just scroll through this server and you'll see how often the same 3 people help people here 24/7 over the same problems

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".

Hey @keen vector! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Hey @grizzled osprey! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

This is a fan game, a Windows program. Different from ROM hacks,.which are patches to be applied to the original games' files, or prepatched versions of those games

If that doesn’t work, you can try a complete wipe of the install and then reboot the device.
If that also doesn’t work, make sure you are using the latest version of Joiplay and RPG maker plugin from their Patreon. You can report this bug, get support, and maybe get them to fix it on their Discord:

atm the best way to play it on Linux is under Proton. Specifically the latest Proton 7 or GE Proton. Afaik that means installing Steam. Wine is unnecessary imo.
You can absolutely do without Wine and Steam for the .sh installation, but if you want to play the game without Steam you should be good with Lutris or something.

That's correct. The original script does that. Which is why the guide points to the new script. But you said the guide didn't help so I'm confused.
True, it does not include custom battlers. The normal version doesn't. It is not needed if you play with an internet connection. You can add full sprite pack to the normal version if you want to for offline play, which for Steam Deck users I recommend rather than setting up preloaded version.

hey I just re-downloaded the game, when i first played a couple months ago, I used the alternate launcher to play to reduce load times between areas. recently after i redownloaded I have been using the standard launcher and still have extended wait times but when i try alternate launcher i get error codes. For the "other" folder you just have to sift through it manually until you find something you want to attempt to add to the game. Have fun.

Hey @quaint marten! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow, glitchy, or downright unplayable.

Hey @worthy coral! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

im having trouble with my poke radar it shows the wrong pokemon on the route so for instance if theres a ralts on the route and when i look for it becomes different pokemon from what the radar is telling me

I copied my game folder and created a backup, I then pasted the two INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat and folder REQUIRED_BY_INSTALLER_UPDATER into the new game folder and used the bat. It all worked but the save games are not there.
