From what I remember no one ever tried the tactic of becoming disgusting and using the handshake card, it was always just a shitpost.
The "you have to be clean" rule unsurprisingly came from tournaments being filled with unwashed dudes.
As for the handshake card, in response to the shitppost it did get a special ruling, but its that you only have to accept the handshake in spirit and don't need to touch your enemy.

There's also fundamental issue with renewable and that is that wind farm turbines and solar panels are made with rare earth metals largely mined in places where environmental regulations are virtually non existant. In the end the amount of maintenance and materials nessecary for them outweighs the power they produce even throughout their entire lifespan
We are essencially just moving the pollution from one place to another making it worse.
However yes nuclear power is extremely viable
That is the best and cleanest solution to power.
Only problem with nuclear energy is it is hard to increase power output when spikes in usage arise particularly on holidays
But you can just use things like hydroelectric and a few coal/diesel generators to fill the gaps in sudden power draw.

There was a a video I saw of an astronaut who was stuck accidentally in a vacuum (on earth) and he lost consciousness after 20 seconds. So after 20 seconds it would basically be over. However drowning you struggle and you fight and your lungs slowly fill up with salt water buring your lungs painfully while you struggle in desperation.
