Hey, is there someone that could explain to me how the randomizer influences legendaries if i turn this option on. Does this also mean, i can find them in the wilderness? Can't find any information on that.

Not sure about that. Maybe the developers excluded legendaries because that would somehow destroy the experience. I think that's a design choice but if you turn that option on, the static encounters change to random pokemon. This would mean i may not be able to find certain legendaries in my game, so i wanted to know if this is the case.
