it's stats aren't the best or it's Typing but it's sprite is awesome and it has a shiny, and Leech Seed + Poison Heal + Substitute can stall things to hell

wait I think if the enemies HP stat is bigger than yours Leech Seed + Poison Heal can substitute stall infinitely

since Poison Heal is 1/8th of your HP and Leech Seed is 1/8th of the enemies HP and substitute is 1/4th

If you can get hidden abilities Pixilate Extreme Speed from Sylveon + pokemon with a decent attack stat and Extreme Speed is cool. So Arcanine, Dragonite, Lucario, Arceus, Rayquaza.
