Only change I would make is to rule 5 and say you can reverse Fusions so you can make your Ratatta/Pidgey into a Pidgey/Ratatta but only 1 per fusion.
So you can possibly get yourself out of a sticky situation but then that fusion is fully permanent.

Oh yeah, but that kinda goes without saying. If you need an HM slave, you can switch those out at will.

But you have to switch right back once you are done

Plus the HM items that replace the moves tend to be found pretty shortly after getting the hm, so shouldn’t be too bad a problem

If you want to be really masochistic then no HM salve, that way you have to go right after item replacement and potentially over some encounters you might have want to save for later

gen 8+ can't be added because to add it would require:

frog to manually code in each and every thing [there was a change in how shit was coded between gens 7 and 8]; doing this can [and likely will as he attempted something like it before] break stuff (this means there is a chance the game will break)

basically there's just too much of a risk and frog has no desire to attempt that again

The absolute best chance at any Gen 8+ Pokemon being added is when we run out of Gen 3-7 Pokemon people want added. And that's estimated to take about 10 years at the rate new Pokemon are added to this

And even then, Frog could just decide he's content with the game at that point
