Hey @digital sundial! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.

If you have not seen even a single sprite for any pokemon:
Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)
Step 2. Ensure you have a good internet connection.
Step 3. Check your options in a save, turn on "download data" if it was turned off.
Step 4. If that did not fix it: head to a pokecenter > talk to the man in a black suit with sunglasses and navigate to Sprite Settings and select "Reset sprite cache" & "Reset displayed alt sprites".

Step 6. After reinstalling, repeat step 4.

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

So I'm playing randomized with custom sprite fusions in the wild and the game is telling me to catch a buneary with the Poke Radar for a quest. problem is I think the "buneary" is actually a macargo/chimchar and its not counting it. Anyone know what to do?

but the location for the buneary has been randomized

so you likely won't be able to complete this quest for a while

Hey! Are you having a hard time getting into the Hidden Forest or Viridian River, or are you looking for extra starters? After getting to Celadon, you can enter it from Route 16!

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

This can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

NOTE: Fusions encountered in the wild with a HA will lose that ability when they are unfused. Because of this, wild fusions will not work this.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn.

3. Double click the folder named backups

Your game is fine and working properly! The game can only download a limited number of sprites while playing before going on cooldown, you have simply hit the download cap for now.

Your game is not working properly!
Step 1. Ensure you're on the latest version (check your title screen and compare with #downloads)

if your azumarill has huge power, and you fuse it, regardless of the order, it will always have that as an option on fusing

its why when you reverse the fusion, you get truant

To do the scraggy quest you need to defeat Giovanni in Celadon. In the same room with the silph scope, you'll find a lift key to the right. On your way out is a locked elevator which is where TR is

And to be able to get the lift key, Kohga is right in that it begins in Cerulean if you opt to join team rocket at nugget bridge and you must do all TR quests in Cerulean beforehand

Once you find a switch, save so you can reload and not have to locate it again

if it's not hitmontop you can usually just fuse it with a pokemo that has the stats you want and then unfuse it after it evolves
