If I use the capsule on the stronger fusion, will it just change the ability to whatever the 2nd choice is or will it allow me to pick Huge Power to swap with?

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

FUSION FAQ

SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS NEW PATCHES ARE RELEASED

FUSION ORDER:

When Fusing two Pokémon, You can pick which one will be the head and which one will be the body.

ID & NATURE:

The first selected Pokémon's trainer ID and Nature will be inherited (meaning that if the first selected Pokémon was traded, the fusion will count as traded).

LEVEL:

When fused, the fusion's level will be (roughly) the average of the two Pokémon's levels, and its IVs will be averaged from the two Pokémon.

ABILITIES:

You choose what ability a fusion has when you fuse it. A fusion may have either the body Pokémon's first ability, or the head Pokémon's second ability.

-# Some Pokémon have their first and second abilities swapped for balance or other reasons. These include the evolutionary lines of:
-# Pidgey, Ekans, Diglett, Growlithe, Machop, Geodude, Farfetch'd, Onix, Krabby, Voltorb, Cubone, Hitmonchan (but not its family), Lapras, Snorlax, Aerodactyl, Chinchou, Marill, Dunsparce, Murkrow, Snubbull, Teddiursa, and Absol.

MOVES:

A Fusion learns all of the moves either half would learn, according to their gen 7 movepools (sun/moon).

EVOLUTION:

A Fusion evolves according to each half's evolutionary method separately. A Caterpie/Jigglypuff will evolve into Metapod/Jigglypuff at lv7, or into Caterpie/Wigglytuff with a Moon Stone.

• -# If both halves of a fusion evolve with the same method, you can pick which to evolve first.
• -# Most trade-based evolutions (and a few others) are different, you can ask "how to evolve [prevo name] in ⁠ask-a-bot if you want to learn about a specific evolution method.

TYPES:

A Fusion's types are the head's first type and the body's second type.
-# E.g.: Zubat is Poison/Flying. Any fusion with Zubat's head (err, mouth) will be part Poison. Any fusion with Zubat's body will be part Flying.

The body will provide its first type instead of its second IF the head is already providing that type.
-# E.g.: Grimer/Oddish is Poison/Grass. Oddish normally provides Poison as a body, but Grimer already provides Poison; so to avoid redundancy, Oddish instead provides its primary type, Grass).

TYPE EXCEPTIONS FOR FUSIONS:

All Normal/Flying types are treated as pure Flying.
These all still retain their regular types when unfused.

TYPE CHANGES:

Additionally, some pokémon have their typing altered:

• -# For example, Magnemite's line are Steel/Electric instead of Electric/Steel
• -# Spiritomb is Dark/Ghost instead of Ghost/Dark.
• -# Trevenant, (not Phantump) is Grass/Ghost instead of Ghost/Grass.

STATS:

A Fusion's base stats are based on a weighted average of both halves, as follows:

• -# (2/3)xBody + (1/3)xHead for Atk, Def, and Spd
• -# (2/3)xHead + (1/3)xBody for HP, Sp.Atk, and Sp.Def
  This means that a pokemon with high Atk, Def, and Spd will make a more effective body than head.

ITEMS:

Items that provide bonuses to specific Pokémon (Pikachu's Light Ball, Marowak's Thick Club, etc.) can be used by fusions containing that Pokémon too.

you could have kept the save, unfused stuff after beating the E4 and done NG+ to have any mons you caught to make the job a bit easier

just because that save was randomized doesn't mean a ng+ file made from it is also randomized, unless you choose that mode [or activate it via the help man]

After that go to Eusine’s house in Cherrygrove city and let his ditto's copy the 6 legendary Pokémon. He will give you the Azure Flute. Go to Mr.pokemon on Route 30 and talk to him, afterwards go to the Ice Mountains, north of Blackthorn City in Johto and find the Ice Cavern. Climb up the stairs until you reach the mountain's peak. Walk into the circle on the ground and use the Azure Flute to reveal a staircase to the Hall of Origin, where you will encounter Arceus.||
