Hey @warped nacelle! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).

I think you aren’t understanding our randomizer is the issue

When you randomize items, it maps them to all items.

For example, if your game randomizes potions to Pokeballs, all potions you are supposed to find, it now a pokeball

To change a Pokemon's sprite to an alternative one, go to their Pokedex entry (this can be done from their summary screen) and go to the "Sprites" tab. Here you can scroll through the different available sprites.

Hey @stuck tartan! Are you looking for a Deoxys? Here's a guide: ||A girl at the Kin Island's hotel mentions that she saw a meteor crash around Bond Bridge and asks you to go investigate. North of the bridge you will find a waterfall. Climb up to find two secret agent type NPCs around a small crater. Talk to them and they will ask you to find the other pieces of an alien spaceship. The first one is located on Route 32 near a ledge. The second one is underwater on Route 19, South of Fuschia. You have to find the dive spot on route 20 and then head east to find it. After finding the two pieces, go back to the secret agent near Bond Bridge and they will use the locations of the pieces to triangulate the location of the mothership. It is located on Birth Island. Ask the sailor in Cinnabar Island's harbour to take you there. Once on Birth Island you will find another spaceship part. Interact with it and it will start floating around. Interact with it twice more and Deoxys will appear.||

Do you need to install sprite packs? No. By default the game will install sprites and all new monthly sprites on its own. This is done as you encounter Pokemon.

IF you wanted to install them all at once for performance improvements or because your network is not strong, you can:

He is only Ultra in battle. Even if you use the Debug to give you a U Necrozma, he'll still revert back after battle.

Can you go to the pokemon center, talk to update man (guy in black suit), and select fix game and try again. This should reset the flag assuming you aren't cheating/modified the game files to get debug

Hey @jaunty shard! Are you looking for Surf? The Surf HM can be found in Fuschia City's Safari Zone, Area 4! You can follow the path in the image above to get to a house. In there, a scientist will give you the Surf HM! You can only use Surf outside of battle if you have 6 Badges. You can also get its replacement item, the Surfboard, on Route 19, after getting 6 badges (and have the HM already).
