Fishing pole not working with stink bait made with fennel and dough (no mods for fishing) multiplaye

The fishing pole will cast and not have the line if i reel it back in the bobber stays in the water and the fishing pole will still have the bait sometimes and the pole doesnt work as intended im not the host either

now its doing it without the bait
