That´s already been reported
this is apparently happening if you got a recipe that´s a part of another recipe and then shiftclick to craft all
in your case, instead of 4 sewingkits and 4 linen squares, you got 8 sewingkits

Imho you should get 4 kits and the rest of the twines should just return to your inventory (thats what I expected) or stay in the crafting grid
