THE RULES

🌽 #1 No adult topics or language 🌽
This means zero tolerance for NSFW material. Explicit material will lead to outright bans. Discussion of alcohol and smoking is prohibited. This extends to profile pictures and usernames where we will ask you to change them. Non-compliance will lead to a ban.
Swearing is not allowed, and language should be kept to a PG level. We are a family friendly server. Any attempts to circumvent the word filter will be treated similarly to using the entire word.
🌽 #2 No harassment, insults and slander 🌽
This includes people who are not present on the server and also includes racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic and other comments that have malicious intent.
Keep in mind that what you may view as a joke or as dark humor, may be seen as a hostile action by another.
🌽 #3 Don’t attempt to impersonate anyone from GIANTS Software or any of their affiliates 🌽
This includes claiming to be a member of GIANTS Software and can lead to a permanent ban.
🌽 #4 Self-promotion in the appropriate channels only 🌽
Advertising your discord server goes into discord-invites ONLY. Videos, Streams, etc are best sent to media. Do not use the media channel to post images of a LFP/Discord invites. This extends to DMs with server members (unless the member requested the ad). If we feel that you join only to advertise and spam peoples DMs, you will be banned.

🌽 #5 No discussion about piracy 🌽
This includes discussion pro piracy or against it, offering links to pirated content, regardless if it’s for our games and products or another. Any reports you want to file about pirated content need to go to our Support Team: https://www.farming-simulator.com/support.php
🌽 #6 No third-party modding sites 🌽
Links to mods should either only link to the mod creators own source or to the official GIANTS Software ModHub. Mentioning 3rd-party mod sites is also prohibited.

GUIDELINES 
👨🌾 Be respectful, friendly and at your best when interacting with people on the server. Do not resort to hateful conduct, personal attacks or trolling towards fellow players.
👨🌾 Remember internet etiquette when chatting on the server. Using all capital letters indicates you are yelling and should be kept to a minimum.
👨🌾 You will find that sometimes you disagree with one another. In these instances, make your point clear and keep the discussion in good faith and assume good faith in the other persons intent.
👨🌾 Try to keep the conversations befitting the channel you are in. All #farming-simulator channels are all FS related topics. If you feel a discussion switches to a topic of another channel, we suggest moving it to a more fitting channel.
👨🌾 Keep discussion about ‘hot topic’ issues like political, religious or similar out of the server. We understand that these are important, but the Farming Simulator Discord is not the place to discuss them and we recommend switching to DMs.
👨🌾 Do not spam. This includes not just spamming the same or similar messages in the same channel, but also flooding several channels with the same message or just randomly dropping a link unrelated to an ongoing discussion.
👨🌾 Begging for free stuff or that someone buys something for/from you is not allowed.
👨🌾 We ask that you stick to the languages supported by the server. While we would love to allow for any language to be represented, we only have so much bandwidth and people around to help us out so we ask kindly to stick with 🇳🇱 Nederlands, 🇬🇧 English, 🇫🇷 Français, 🇩🇪 Deutsch, 🇮🇹 Italiano, 🇵🇱 Polski, 🇵🇹 Português and 🇪🇸 Español.
👨🌾 Use the ping aka @ only if you want to alert the person to the current topic and only if they aren’t already involved in the conversation. At the same time, avoid needless pings.
