the steering gets to be a little odd when backing up and then if you're not using a wheel controller the spring back is also a hassle but I saw a joystick I want to get (I already have a Logitech 3D but there's another one that is better for this)
if I get this joystick I can sit closer to the screen (or use the one I have, can do that too)

(And all buildings are from the same modder)

that I agree with depending on what's on it; the attachment that is on it is a flatbed I'm sure weighs 5,000lbs itself and I don't think anything more than 10k would be loaded on top of that would be a total of 40k loaded just with that. Tankers, grain carts, etc would be much heavier than that

The containers for the hooklifts can load about 20-30 ton in RL, depending on size xD
and tbh, would never put that behind something like a pickup. I know there are some heavy duty ones in the US, but still ๐
the hitch pressure of a tandem hooklift would probably make it undrivable xD

I checked it out; the F550 could pull it but would be at the top of the GCVW so it would have to pull it empty or be very light. 650/750 couldn't even pull it heavy either

I have it Noraf; that's not the one, that's semi not bumper pull; the bumper pull I have is 3 axles, not 2. ITRunner/Giants has it but it has a PTO and was looking for one without a PTO

the 1st link I think has a hooklift trailer but its 3 axles, I have the 3 axle already with no PTO but I loathe the front table axle (that turns) so was hoping to find either a 2 axle hooklift with no pto bumper pull or a 3 axle with no turntable axle up front also with no pto

Ummh, normally a hooklift combo only has a hooklift at the truck, and contanier at the trailer is turned around, pushed on from the back, so it can not tip...

we don't use hooklift trailers in the USA much if any; but we do have some trucks with them, see them mostly on trucks hauling industrial or garbage containers.

6 lines, 3 on each side, pto but there's nowhere for the pto to go, but yes the PTO drives the pump but obviously I'm using the wrong vehicle for it anyway technically you don't use a pickup to run equipment like that except that the Ford 550 chasis can be fitted as a tow truck which sometimes have PTO or hydraulic systems so this shouldn't be any different.

now weight I can see that being a problem for the F550 the trailer is pretty much max GVW so you can't put anything on it but maybe haul something really light

Python fix is a ball connector that is used often where i live, and is designed for a max load of 3 tons to the hitch, over 6500 lbs
So that poor ball hitch would break ๐

that's a Class IV hitch here in the US I believe; I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure F550s use a much stronger hitch possibly since they are used for commercial applications primarily
