Of you use something like courseplay or follow me you might have to move your machines quite a bit away from the washer. One of both of those mods increase certain triggers on vehicles and might be blocking it anyway

I looked in my log and saw the missing input warnings but I can't seem to get rid of the lines with a simple mod removal

you need to go into your input.xml and delete the reference to the IC control
or if you don't use custom controls just delete the input.xml file
