Yeah as Speedy said, Apache is this just without LOAL capability which if you want a hellfire truck with LOAL thats the little bird. Good price on it too

Not really, plus its more self dependent in the event of a merge with red air with its canon, and ive found the LOAL more reliable, plus it can solo self designate
