Hello everyone, my buddy and I are veterans and want to get started in the community, but my buddy can't find Arma on steam at all. We looked for answers online and couldn't find any. Has anyone else faced this issue? Does the area he live in play a part in that? He lives in Pennsylvania.

There shouldn't be any regional restrictions for the game at least for where he lives

maybe he had VPN on (with IP of location where arma is banned)
