Suggesting making x-9 perms to be like the JFO ones and not together with x-6 and x-7...I talked with a player in this morning and he told that he wanted to apply only for x-9 not for x-6 and i told him that he cannot do this..So it will be nice in my opinion to separate those perms since the exam for x-9 already have a base set up from the Banshee ones.

Since 1-9 will be in charge in the situation leadership is down / unavailable it makes sense to have the perms together. Because 1-9 is expected to be able to perform the same duties as 1-6 if the situation dictates.
