okay, so i have now let my headset sit for around a month or so and before that i couldnt hear the startup noise (arctis pro wireless) but now i could, the audio fades out over the span of 30 seconds and now i dont hear anything again. Anyone have an idea what could be the issue?

It works well with my console (xbox) but connecting to pc via Bluetooth or xbox wireless adaptor it connects for awhile but always powers it self down/disconnects. I would have to power it back on and re connect with the same results, with the headset powering off. Firmware has no new updates. Thanks for any help

Hi All. I just bought the Rival 310 Mouse and it feels really lightweight and isn't as tall/bulky under my hand like my Logitech G502 was - so my hand gets kind of crampy. What is a larger SteelSeries Mouse that is wired and maybe a little bulkier/heavier than the Rival 310? I need something that isn't quite as flat, too. but I‘m kinda burnt on steelseries because both batteries that came with the headset + both replacement batteries had their contacts scratched up after a few months of heavy use

Getting an issue with the Apex 7 TKL where profiles aren't being saved to the keyboard anymore. It was working a day ago and now none of the configs on the keyboard itself are updating. The keyboard settings change when I change them in the software, but if the keyboard gets reconnected or I change profiles on the keyboard via the OLED then it reverts to the ones it has saved rather than what is shown in software.

I have tried also to just keybind using the mouse for in-game buttons and it will not recognize any of the side buttons or the scroll wheel click function. My Rival 500 is misregistering clicks as the ESC key. It's a pretty debilitating issue to have for a gaming mouse. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or has a fix for the issue.

Hey, this is more of a question than anything, but the artics 7 wireless uses a transmitter with a 2.4 ghz transmission (at least that’s what it says on the specs), but it also mentions wifi. Does the transmitter need to be connected to a network for usage, or is it a standalone signal?

using an apex 100 as a second keyboard as a makeshift streamdeck, I have my bindings set up F13 - F24 so it doesnt interact with anything i do in game but I needed more keys so I tried making macros with F13 - F24 with modifiers (alt, ctrl, shift, etc.) but the macro editor/recorder doesnt read F13 - F24

I had wondered the same. I find a great many games even ignore those upper Function keys too. Like the homebrew PTT foot peddles I made using a Teensy I used some of the upper Function key numbers, OBS will see it, Discord can use it (though lables them UNKxx keys).
But I too would like to have the Macro Editor in SS3 allow me to add CTRL/ALT/SHIFT (Even WINkey) modifiers to the other key presses.
And... enter other F13-F24 keys to send (even though my APEX M750 might not actually have the physical keys.

So I got the Steelseries Apex 3 yesterday and played with it for like 2 minutes Destiny 2 before I pressed (I think) the function key and F9 or F10 and now the keybinds from my game aren't working anymore on the whole pc. Yesterday my SteelSeries software for Mac updated to Version 3.18.9 (3.18.9), this morning the computer was not recognizing the Apex 5 keyboard, the sw requested a firmware update, after updating the keyboard was recognized but in SteelSeries software was no settings preserved. Probably has to do with pretty much every product being out of stock currently so there's nothing they could replace your defective product with. While trying to go back to SteelSeries Engine 3 from SteelSeries GG, I accidentally removed all my configurations. Some of them were in the cloud, but game specific configurations are still gone. Is it possible to somehow recover them? I have backed up the "C:\ProgramData\SteelSeries\SteelSeries Engine 3" after installing SteelSeries GG, but before uninstalling it and installing SteelSeries Engine 3 if that helps.

why are you even worried about lift off distance
@keen junco the only reason why I bought the mouse was for the good liftoff distance. I always lift off my mouse.

I have problem with the Steelseries program not starting automatically when logging into windows10. This started just recently after steelseries patch. It is one of the programs in win10 startup.

@random crystal doesn't windows have something in settings where you can select automatically opening on startup?

Yes there is. And its listed there. But still it wont start

Again, not sure if that is an SS software issue, however anything may be making it a problem

hey, so i have a problem with my Apex 150 where it keeps "turning off" randomly, the lights blink and turn on, but the keys are not responding and i cant type/press anything, any ideia what it is and how to solve it?
