I thought that too, but I tried all my USB ports with each headset, each one gives the same result. I'm at a loss here. The only last thing I can add is that it gets a bit clearer and goes straight back to being distorted and robotic, the same thing would happen with the Blacksharks.

@weak geyser The issue is my warranty ends basically november 1st, the last thing i want is to be told. ''Your warranty is over'' and they cant RMA because they took a month to resolve something that would take straight up 3 hours to figure out.
They alredey gave me a list of suggetions to try to see if it fixes my issue, none worked. I Doubt ANY will fix the issue im having. You would think with all the issues i have with the product it would be a immeditate RMA process. And to explain a bit, My Headphones and transmitter basically filed a divorce, they will not naturally pair, only manually by reseting the pair and repairing by holding 6 seconds etc etc. Then my transmitter also has glicths which becomes a slide show, or other werid glicths. And my right side earcup is really loose. WAY looser then it was when it was new, but even new it was loose. But wasn't enougth for me to want to RMA it. But now with all these issues combined, it should be a clear RMA. Kinda fustrating with a $340 product.

Unless you specifically purchased the Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox the only way to use the standard A1 wireless with Xbox is to plug the 3.5mm wire into your controller

@fiery tartan Support tickets can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to get fully resolved. It sucks, but all you can do is be patient and wait for a response. Also, keep in mind that if you spam your ticket with messages that just resets your position in the support agent's que and makes it take even longer for them to get back to you

I just got my Arctis 7X in the mail, I charged it fully, and have the USB-C dongle attached to my laptop. However, when I turn my headset on, I hear no sound, despite the PC showing that the headset connected. I also only see one audio channel. Any help resolving the above sound issue, and chatmix issue would be greatly appreciated
Actually, I just resolved the sound issue. However, chatmix won't work as I don't have an option in my sound settings to choose a voice channel and a game channel. Anyway to resolve this?

Try this then, go to your device manager, and uninstall anything to do with the Arctis 7X, then unplug it and restart your computer. When it restarts, plug it back in and see what happens. @coral seal

I'm confused with the macro editor and i don't think i would be able to do what i want, I'm trying to have it so that while i hold one of the buttons for about half a second it will press alt and a number, whereas when i just tap the button it will just press the number.

On random occasions it keeps muting people’s voices on vc
For some reason it feels like sounds are jumbled together or something

hi guys, so I've had the artics 5 for a couple months now and I've had like this issue that the mic is kinda silent, my friends always tell me to turn it up but it's at the max on the Steelseries settings and windows settings
is there anything I can do or the mic is just like that?

Well after all , I’m pretty sure it’s just some sealant. I don’t think they would do anything about it, since it’s a dollar fix or so, probably not worth it for you to ask them, support tickets have l according to others, “been slow, or none at all”.
They sell mouse grips I believe on third party websites for a few bucks

I have a glorious model D, has no grip but it fits perfect and stable into my hands

I have moments beta (on windows) and when i turn on any game it's using more than a half of processor capacity. Fix it, please. When i turn on task manager then i see steelseries GG core on top of it with half of processor capacity
