Finally after hours of work I've got a outcome I'm pretty pleased with. I have an Apex M750 TKL, a Rival 600, a QCK heavy XXL, and also a mouse bungee ;). The desk top is pine and I built it myself out of three 2x10 boards and it's sitting on grey IKEA Alex drawers. I plan to upgrade the monitors soon and actually build a PC but at least I don't have to worry about all my peripherals 👍.

If you really want to think that there isthan anything above 1080p 60fps is overkill
But that’s boring, so higher is always more fun

the thing is from 60 - 144 fps is noticeable (for me at least)
but 144 - 240 and above isnt as noticeable
and yes i do have a 240 hz monitor

The reason is that the frametime reduction is way more significant when going from 60hz to 144Hz than when going from 144Hz to 300Hz

Frame times:
30 fps = 33,33 ms
60 fps = 16,66 ms
120 fps = 8,33 ms
240 fps = 4,17 ms
That's why the difference between 30 and 60, then 60 and 120/144 is so significant
Because the amount of frametime cut is a lot more

i just take the tempered glass panel off the side if my case & hold it up to my ceiling fan to cool it down
sucks to unplug everything so often but it works really well :]
