True, it probably wouldn't be a bottleneck with a 3600 but also the 5700XT is a $400 card while the 2060 and 5600XT are $250-$300

Either way I'd pretty much avoid a 1660 like the plague and go for at least a mid-tier card

In that case I'd go with an AMD Ryzen 9 3950x, RTX2080TI, 32GB of RAM, and however much storage you need. Unless you just really want to have a water cooled system I'd such getting a beefy air cooler from Noctua or BeQuiet for ease of use

i want to buy pc parts i tried it on pc part picker and it says The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.

That depends on how many drives you have in the system. If you have an M.2 SSD installed in the mobo then that means one of the sata ports for 2.5' or 3.5' drives will be unusable, but the other sata ports will. So if you have an M.2 SSD as your boot drive and a 2.5" sata SSD for mass storage you'll be fine, but trying to put in a bunch of drives might be a problem

Of course there might be a BIOS update that you'll want to download from the mobo manufacturer website after you build it but you won't need to update the BIOS before installing the CPU

honestly though, while that faster internet is nice, its really not noticable once you get high enough. I had the highest one for my area (in LA) and it was like, $40 more than the next one down, and after trying both we didn't really see a difference

We had the NETGEAR XR700-100EUS Nighthawk but it kept having issues with speeds dropping. Now have ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000 with AI Mesh and had far fewer issues. Most problems are from the ISP now (VirginMedia)😩
