2750 is pretty low. Especially if you have 10MBps.

5k or 6k would work as well.

you've probably already been asked this but have you tried a clean install of your drivers
im not sure its the gpu drivers to be honest
but if it is then here are a few steps you can try

#1 Get display driver uninstaller
#2 boot in safe mode (can be done by holding shift and restarting your pc clicking troubleshoot> Advanced > Startup Settings > Restart > Option 5)
#3 Running DDU (Display driver uninstaller) nuking the driver restarting and installing the drivers again.
