@karmic pagoda try disconnecting the headset from the PC and restart SSE. If it's still not showing up make sure you have all of the firmware installed (there should be a little orange menu below the A5s listed in SSE that says you need a firmware update). If you have everything installed correctly then try reinstalling SSE

Im not sure if its because i use it for like 17 hours a day and with my VR headset but I keep very good care of my arctis pro wireless but over the last 2 ive had in the last few years they both broke at the cups connection to the band. I think sense the price is so steep it may just be better to go with the arctis 7. does anyone have one and if so what do you think about that headset?

I can't believe it I somehow fixed the issue, I was getting an interference in the left ear and it drove me insane I was still using them and I turned up the volume and felt a click and now the buzz is gone 😅
