How big is the difference in sound/mic quality between the Arctis 3 and Arctis 5 im undecided on which one to buy and heard the Arctis 5 sound quality is a lot better (i play r6 so sound is very important)

you just lose out on "suround sound" and RGB and chatmix if you get the 3's

If you're mainly playing Siege then the surround sound on the 5s will help out a lot with hearing footsteps and which direction enemies are coming from. The mic quality between the two is about the same as far as I know, but the surround sound (and RBG) are the main features of the 5s

Correct, but the way it's implemented in the 5s is almost perfect. Whenever I go back to using stereo headphones to game they definitely don't feel as accurate as having the surround to exactly know where people are around the map
