I've tried updating the firmware, so it's not that. I already exchanged the headset and station, so I doubt it's a hardware issue. It's on both batteries and they charge just fine in the headset, so I doubt it's bad batteries.

I'd highlly suggest contacting support, becuase chances are there is some odd setting that is fiddling with it, and they can trouble shoot with you

I know the Steelseries engine doesnโt work with the Arctis 3 BT anymore, does that mean the EQ settings are no longer available too?
Also, Iโm assuming that the function to save the EQs into the headsets was there in the first place. Since I only recently got them, I have no way of knowing

Hi! I have the Arctis pro + GameDAC and Iโm having an issue where I can hear the mic side tone, but it doesnโt transmit my voice. Does anyone know anything about this? I know this is a support issue but Iโve searched everywhere and I canโt find any solution
