They have analog connections which isn't detected in SSE, for surround sound you use Windows Sonic

The Arctis 1 Wireless does show up in the Engine so you can customize the headset through our software

Hardware wise, I'm 99% positive that the sound quality is on par with the Arctis 7/Arctis 5, though I haven't personally tried any of those headsets

The Arctis 1 Wireless mic is also detachable and not retractable
