does anyone know how to get the arctis wireless pro working on the xbox one x? i have gone through the tutorials online youtube, checked the support page, followed all instructions and even went out and bought another optical audio cord. I am able to hear the tones on the GameDAC and connect them to my phone through bluetooth, but i do not hear any sound s from my xbox through them. Any suggestions?

i was able to connect it to my cellphone via bluetooth
and it works, i hear the beep when i make selections on the DAC. i just do not hear the game from the xbox, i even thought maybe it was my capture card, i disconnected that and still nothing from the xbox

There might be some setting on the Xbox then that's preventing it from connecting. If you've tested the headset to make sure it does actually work on another device then I can only assume it's something with the Xbox. Unfortunate I don't have an Arctis Pro wireless or an Xbox so I can't really help much if it's an Xbox problem

i believe that all steelseries keyboards are made with their own independently produced switches, but by your description, it sounds like the switches are comparable to the Cherry MX reds.

on your oled screen btw, if youre going to use discord overlay, when you create a config for your keyboard, you cant change the oled in that or else discord notifications and things wont work
