Hey guys, I've ran into a problem with my Arctis 5 headphones and was wondering if there's anyone in this community/server that's had the same problem and been able to fix it?
Been using them for a couple months now and the Game side of the mixer has died. It no longer picks up sound and the microphone doesn't pick up either. i've had to move over to the chat side but that's stopped picking up on Discord? Can't find anyone with the same issue nor a way to identify the main issue here. I'd be very grateful for some feedback : )

I reported an issue with SSE3 early in February and it still hasn't been fixed. Moreover, when I contacted support today to tell them that a problem I reported hasn't been fixed after almost 4 months, the reply I got was: "This ticket system is only for support service. We are not part of the development team that would have to put this in place. I will resubmit your request and hope that it gets added in the future."
Now what am I supposed to do? Is there no way for a customer to contact the development team when a problem they report is yet to be resolved after nearly 4 months... and the problem is something pretty basic too.

Now I obviously don't know what the problem is but even with seemingly small things there are priorities to consider. Like a problem can seem really small, but in reality it might be a lot more difficult to fix. And then if that problem only affects a very small amount of users there's less reason to invest time in it.

It's the latest version of SSE which I installed today. After seeing this, I assumed that the issue would potentially be resolved in a future update, but months have passed and it seems that is not the case. It's not a huge issue anyway, just a bit of an inconvenience, which I had hoped they would fix.

I totally agree with you. I just noticed this the caps key on my apex keyboard is acting strange sometimes when i press on it its normal for it to light up white since it shows that caps is on, but after a few times of doing that it stays on with the white light even if i press it to go back to no caps mode; might sound like a small problem or perhaps a bug or whatever but it is bugging me a bit
Is there a fix to it, or should i just ignore it for now, i am sure a simple shut down will most likely reset it back to normal or worse case scenario a factory reset of the keyboard

@icy raptor I would think the keyboard would show up in SSE automatically like a regular SS keyboard, but maybe not. I'd check out the laptop's product page on the MSI website and see if it says anything about getting the keyboard to work with SSE

So, I got a pair of arctis 3 bt, I normally have the bt connected to my phone and use cable for ps4, so I was using them earlier on my walk and came home sat and had dinner then I went to have a shower and came back to it turned off so I thought the battery had died, plugged them into my laptop to charge and nothing, tried my power brick for my phone and nothing(tried multiple cables) , but it still works with my ps4? wait i didn't know that the razer optical switches are lighter than the omni and faster in response time
so the apex pro is smoother and faster on actuation but the razer is lighter and the response time is faster but the switches are not smooth
but the apex pro feels better while gaming or typing 100% imo

Hey. I got the arctis pro with gamedac today, set it up on ps4. The audio and Everything is working fine but I keep getting a buzzing sound whenever I speak, my friends tell me. I put my ear to the gamedac and that's where its coming from. Also I don't use the optical cable, it keeps falling out from my PS4 and the DAC. Would appreciate some help.

and everything is working fine mic sound super good when i test it in the steelseries program. but i when i tested my mic on discrod i sound shit i keep cuting out sounding like a robot and i dont know what to do i tryed turning off and on setting and nothing helps

hey guys, idk if im right here but im having a progblem with my arctis 7 charging. It does charge with the original cable, but the cable is nearing its end, so i purchased another one to replace it. The cable did work before with this headset and charged it, but now for 2 weeks it doesnt. The New cable does work flawlessly wit any other device though. Any ideas?
