Hello all. I finally got a replacement coupon for my broken Arctis Pro headset. However the coupon I received is for the standalone Arctis Pro. The one I originally bought was +GameDAC. Will the standalone headset work with my gamedac?
The RMA instructions talked about like-for-like product replacement. I'm not sure if there has been a mistake so I have hesitated to use the coupon so far. I messaged support about this but it might take ANOTHER week for a response...
I'm also worried about my gamedac having a new warranty as it's not getting replaced (the issue was with the headset - the gamedac is fine so far).
Any ideas?

@woeful oar as far as I know the Arctis Pro headset is the exact same as the one that comes with the Arctis Pro + GameDAC. It's a bundle not a different headset

Yeah, the plug that the headset uses to plug into the mix dial is the same as the gamedac, so yes it will work @woeful oar

Ummmm my Arctis 7 just killed itself and the Engine 3, it was working just fine until suddenly it stopped working after being charged. The USB transmitter also lost signal, and the mic light went out. The power button is blinking red, but it cannot be turned off. Nor can the headset be turned 'entirely on' again. And the Engine 3 just keeps loading now despite having been uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. There is also a "The core process SteelSeriesEngine3.exe does not seem to be running..." error now. Can anyone help?

Does the Apex pro have a sort of midpoint set/reset? I always thought it would be a cool function of a keyboard if I was able to press down the key and have it click a key, but then if I raise the key just slightly, it would count as resetting the key so that if I pressed down again (even though I didn't fully release the key) it would press again. Hi everyone. I currently have a set of Turtle Beach Stealth 500x. They still work, but the battery lasts 10 minutes, and the earcups are old and yucky. I purchased and returned a pair of Astro A50 Gen4's to replace my TB. The mic monitoring was poor and I felt like the directional surround sound was not good.
So I've gone out and bought a pair of 9x's which I love. The only problem is the mic monitoring is tied to the master volume and I find myself having to turn the volume up to an uncomfortable level in order to get the mic monitoring to a good level. Any suggestions would be awesome!

I don't know if I'm just being picky, but I can't believe how good my TB 500x have been. I only really noticed how important some of the features were to me, once I tried other headsets. The mic monitoring is great. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it feels natural to talk, hearing your own voice through, just like you're talking in real life.
How are you enjoying the Artis 7? What made you return the Elite Atlas? The main problem I have with TB, is their build quality is pretty average and most people seem to replace them constantly.
