Your arctis pro + gamedac should come with a cable that has a Male 3.5mm Jack which allow you to connect to your mobile however if your phone doesn't have a headphone Jack you'll have to use an adaptor

well, it isn't very mobile if you're connected to the DAC
but there is in fact a Mobile Jack on the back of the GameDAC from the manual I'm looking at, so I'm guessing you use that one

So, it is now the second time my SteelSeries Rival 710 has squeeky mouse wheel problems. Last one I send back to the store, and now after a few months of having the new mouse, this one is having squeeky mouse wheel noises, which are audible through my headset. Never had this problem with my Sensei Raw. Thing is, the store which I bought it at does not have it it stock anymore. Doing a RMA at Steelseries would take a few weeks again most likely. Would SteelSeries support be upset if i first were to try and lubricate/clean the mouse myself?
Am I allowed to open up the mouse by removing the rubber pads under it and cleaning it myself? And maybe even lubricating it?

@keen pine It never was. When it first came out manufacturers were advised to use it to distinguish between normal and SS ports but it was never a requirement as far as I know

When I switched to High Res, I've went to the sound properties of the High Res audio and then I switched it to the max frequency (96khz-24bit) however in my GameDAC the High Res icon is not on and it only says "96khz-16bit" does anyone know any solutions?

@tight linden You should just need USB plugged in. Then in Discord settings pick the Arctis 7 (it’ll say Certified) for both the input and output, even if it’s already selected.

Okay, in discord it says "verified" next to the input/output, however in the output options there's one other Arctic device but discord cuts the end of the name off. Just wanted to make sure I'm using the right ones for the chatmix to work correctly. I'm assuming that in all other applications I'd pick the chat option for comms and in-game make sure it's coming through the 'game' option
Think I sorted it, no one online in chat but used the mic/voice playback in settings to test it with some music in the background.

@sudden willow if you install SteelSeries Engine 3 and open the config page, you should be able to check what region it's set as and adjust as necessary (I think it's under the OLED & Settings tab)
