So I have steel series 3 headset and it plugs in Through a 3.5 mm Jack that plugs into another cord which is a 2 way mic/headset cord. And ever since I got it it I’ve had to use push to talk because everyone always complains about it echoing or playing my game audio into the mic even when the mic is muted. E-commerce resellers aren't a bad thing by any means, its less strain on the company themselves to deal with defective products, because returns are easier to the resellers
and there are different benefits to ordering straight off the website too
Like if you place an order from your account, that product will be registered to your account
so its easier to get support from the main website
