If you had that issue before it was most likely an analogue headset plugged into motherboard audio / sound card inside the pc.

@spare pendant you need to plug them in the controller port and trust the capabilities of the console with the limited setup which the console gives to you, or you need to buy the GameDAC which is £129...for that price honestly I would refund the Arctis 3 and use a pair of Arctis 1 Wireless, they have a soundcard which you can plug-in into the console giving you a better experience, and they cost less than the GameDAC alone...

so I suspect this is not normal. Rival 600 disconnects every time I lift it up. Does so on multiple PC's, wire is not the cause. It flickers all the lights red, then reboots itself

if you have atmos speakers (almost nobody actually does on their PC, even for a home theater this is rare) the difference is shocking

if you do not have that but have actual hifi headphones that are say open backed to get a large sound stage and shot through a dedicated external amp, it's still leaps ahead of any sort of DTS enabled headphone out there.

I have the artics pro plus game dac and also a pair of 600 buck sennhesier headphones with a dedicated amp and atmos is vastly better with that than anything gaming companies push out, but atmos being supported in games is as rare as RTX ray tracing in games

steelseries arctis pro+ gamedac will it work with the Xbox one? Apparently you can’t use the gamedac if you wanna chat with friends if you plug it into the controller it loses the gamedac feature....

I cant confirm since I havent experienced that issue myself @hexed shore But have you made sure to check your Device manager settings so that the "Allow this device to wake the computer" box is ticked?

btw the 5700 XT is not "a forget about it in 3 months" card...you are a bit pumping the thing.
The problem with the Index for 144Hz is mainly because of the not-so-common resolution of the device...neither Turing nor Pascal were ready for those resolutions and framerates...a new gen is due...

Hello, I buyed the last year a Steelseries headset Arctis 7 and I have been using one of the default settings from the Config Engine but I was seen that some people on reddit don't really recommend it and advide for custom setup to get an optimal use of the headset

I had some lightning glitches which got fixed with the Arctis Pro firmware update while the Sensei Ten update is a bit more subtle...it looks like there was an issue while flicking with the mouse due to an error in the lift detection, the firmware fixes it.

i just bought the arctis pro + gamedac yesterday, they're really comfortable and easy to wear over long periods of time, but they honestly sound like a 20 dollar headset from your local supermarket, its kinda disgusting that these headphones cost me €250, considering my HS70's which were €70 are MILES higher in sound quality. I have tried tweaking everything, in equalizer APO, SSE, i have found a slightly "okay" set up. Basically just added some sub and bass and messed with mids and highs to my liking. Even then, these are not nearly worth the price-tag. Honestly its a mixture of disappointment and anger, I always seem to have headphone issues and I thought these were going to finally be the ones.

@fast tangle i made a ticket from bot-commands and i dont have a ticket number for that one but i also have a ticket on the website butwhen i made the ticket on the website after checking somethings like log, giving me an old version of the SSE (3.14.2 i think) they closed my ticket and and wanted me to make a RMA progress but my headset works pretty fine all the thing considered to i dont think my headset is faulty and thats why i didnt wanna follow thourgh with the RMA progress

@jovial rock sounds like it's stuck in bootloader mode. There's a tool support can send you if you file a ticket, and if that doesn't fix it they can help you go through the RMA process

please note that tomorrow is a US holiday so they will most likely not respond until Tuesday

yeah im not sure b/c i was playing fortnite on my ps4, then my headset died, then right after that, the blinker went off. then i connected it to my pc and it popped up as avnera and im now confused...

I have a question and maybe someone can help.... i have an apex m750 tkl and i like the discord function it has but, is there a way to layer this function; as in have the discord app feature on and also have a custom layout so that when i switch to game to discord it doesnt just stay orange or vise versa. cause for me when i try it either stays orange or flashes the custom layout then turns black or stays orange.

I am in need of assistance. I have recently (about 2 weeks) purchased an Apex M750 and whenever I start my PC up the RGB/Lighting of the keyboard flickers once and then jumps over to the default Rainbow layout. Does anyone have any clue what I can do to prevent/stop this? I now have to start the steelseries engine and select my lighting layout manually.

no - it's the LCD cable basically

it's tucked in underneath the daughter board and soldered in a way that they can't replace it

This year at february i bought at your site arctis pro headset + game dac.Yesterday i started hearing that when i move my head too fast left or right or i touch the right side of the headset the audio stops working at that side.Then i touch it again and it starts playing audio.Its only the right side problem since left side is working perfectly.Its not the cable fault.On game dac it shows LR audio is alright.Tryed using it at my friends PC and the same happens there.
