@warm arch we have measures in place to counter bots :) Might not be perfect but we’ve had similar huge giveaways in the past that worked well

@stray axle you can setup profiles for Apex Pro in Engine that trigger based on the game you’re playing, and that profile can carry custom actuation points - so yes, you could indeed toggle it per game if you want. How would you use that though? Genuinely curious - personally I would be thrown off by having to adjust my fingers to variable actuation points all the time

@regal tinsel Arctis headset do have noice cancelling. You need to setup your software/chat properly. The clearcast is BiDirectional, this means that Discord can use it to noice cancel, Battle.net chat as well and every other decent audio card can really give you a good sound out of it. Just don't put the sensitivity of the mic through the roof and setup your audio-card properly.

650 if you like the 600 form factor. You'll love it without the cable.

As for Sensei TEN I see it as a value for money version of the 600 with a more normal form factor. It feels SUPER precise btw

Will the APEX PRO be OK for programming and coding on Linux, or would I find problems with using stock mode due to the software not being compatible with Linux OS and not being able to change the actuation on the keys for coding?
This will not be used for gaming, just coding straight out of the box plug and play/type/code

@visual loom You can still change actuation on a global level through the OLED menu, although you can't set different actuation per-key from there. The default actuation is also a pretty standard actuation distance. Latest WINE can also run SSE3 ok after a bit of tweaking

@visual loom Yes, everything available through the OLED menu is functioning fully within the firmware of the keyboard, without any software necessary. Although I would recommend hooking it up to WINE or a windows PC once for the purposes of firmware updating it - there were a couple features added and firmware bugfixes post initial launch

If for example you set the actuation in windows with the steel software and then I was to remove it from windows and add it to my Linux machine would it save the setting of the actuation set in steel/windows or would it be lost as the steel software holds the actuation withing windows environment?

I just tried today for the first time on mac with chrome, it kept a steady 60fps but it was a lagging nightmare when moving the cursor. Is it required to have “real” gpu? It did warn me about my onboard Intel 540 Iris
