The onboard memory doesn't save properly from the software, the polling rate feels really low and same thing with the smoothing/snapping being more apparent

So far that has been my case, I have bought 2 SS keyboards, 2 SS mice & 1 SS mousepad, and have had zero serious problems, it pains me to see such a good company loose a customer; however, if I had the same experience with my first SS product I may have leaft the company myself.

If ya want my support review then : I had a rival 300 for 20 months, and i had a slight sensor problem : The mouse/sensor would flick slightly to the left/right. Since the e-market wont support me, i contacted them and got a rma process which took me like 2 days to fill, and then... sent it back, i tought it was stuck in mailing/shipping hell and it came trough, i got to chose what could i get.

Yeah, I'm having only one problem with mine. The mic volume for the pro wireless is so low no one can hear me even after raising the ps4 mic volume bar.
But I submitted a ticket already to get some help so hopefully it will get resolved. Over all the headset is great.

For those of you who noticed, we did indeed have a change of ownership this week from Catterton to Axcel.
Both companies are so called Private Equity firms and their goals are simple: Invest in companies, help them grow even bigger and sell them again at a later date for a profit.
Catterton has been an amazing partner for us these past years and it was time for them to make a return on their investment. Therefore Axcel has acquired us and will now be helping us grow in the years to come.
The cool thing is that literally nothing will change. Axcel really loves what SteelSeries is doing and just want more of it. So if anything you're just gonna more things of all the stuff you already love from us.
