Hello, can anybody help me

My Rival 650 Wireless decided to install a critical firmware update earlier without my permission. It says update complete, please reconnect mouse.

But the problem is every time I reconnect it, it says update failed and my mouse gets stuck flashing red.

I've tried multiple way to reinstall it and it never works, it's stopped me from being able to switch configuration to the game I'm playing which means I'm stuck with only PUBG to play untill I fix it lol

So - is anyone able to tell me if it will be ok with custom keycaps? I tend to prefer WASD to have slight lips on them like my current keyboard. Do you get spare keys in the box to replace WASD the same way corsair do?
