Hi- Any of you had trouble with Arctis 7 before? - i bought myself a pair of those yesterday, worked fine, but i unplugged them earlier as i wanted to watch netflix - but when i plugged the reciever back in again, the mic didnt work, the mic works on phone with jackstick, but it wont work when i put plug the reciever into my ps4 - so i assume the reciever stopped accepting input after i unplugged it - and wont work after that, any ideas to how to fix that? (The output works fine)

I use to have a steelseries arctis 3 see if you can find the splitter plug that into the cable that plugs into your headset that splitter will have a headphone 3.5mm jack and a microphone 3.5mm jack plug those jacks into the headset and microphone jacks in your computer and get gaming

Why is the steelseries bot not talking they stopped talking to me.
I'm trying to ask about a tracking number I got a tracking number that was from yesterday that has 2 day fedex shipping and it says its coming tomorrow to me and my other packages i looked and they aren't from that tracking number
So does that mean my package is coming earlier than expected because on the website for steelseries it still says my keyboard is "Preparing for Shipment" but I got a tracking number today at 3:01pm just 34 minutes ago

Because on the Steelseries website it still says "Preparing for Shipment" but Just recently 30 minutes ago I got a tracking number and I bought the Steelseries Apex Pro keyboard and clicked 2 Day FedEx shipping and on my FedEx tracking Number I got just an Email from FedEx it says Service type: FedEx 2Day® and when I bought the Keyboard it said Your estimated delivery date is:
June 12, 2019 - June 12, 2019 and on the FedEx tracking number it says Scheduled delivery: Thursday 6/13/2019 by 8:00 pm and I bought the Steelseries Apex Pro keyboard yesterday June 11th, 2019 at 6:00 AM in the morning California Time.
So do you think that tracking number I got from FedEx could be from Steelseries since it matches the Email I got after I paid for the Item. Because the Dates are very similar it said Your estimated delivery date is: June 12, 2019 - June 12, 2019 and because in my order I made sure to click FedEx 2Day® and the FedEx email I got with an order number also says FedEx 2Day® and the order is in my name and has my address

The APW cannot update wirelessly. It tells you that once you get into the firmware update dialog, and won't let you proceed without plugging it in
although I actually think just the transmitter is updated right now, so it may not even require that

IIRC we use the same drivers between the 3/5/7 and the same drivers between the various pro headsets - I'm not 100% sure what would qualify as the flattest because I'm not an audiophile like some of the team

I set them up so that they cut my speakers in and out whenever I turn them on and man it’s the best setup ever hahah yeah I only ask this as I managed to update it without having the header the first time which I found weird. Is there a way I can force it to update again in case it didn’t do it correctly?
