quick little question here... who would want the SteelSeries 750 keyboard to have cherry blue switches? I've been looking for one to find out that there is no SteelSeries keyboard with those switches anymore. I'm a long time fan of SteelSeries and would love one of their high quality keyboards (mostly the 750) to have cherry blue switches. i know this wont reach anyone. but I was also looking for a suggestions page and couldn't find one.

Honestly...Cherry MX switches are the worst of the worst in the keyboard switches market (if we don't consider Outemu which makes cheap copies of MXes). Gateron makes good clicky options...and Kalih I think makes the best of them at the moment.
By the way yes, it would be good to have an Apex M650 where you can choose between the switch types and which is less focused on hardcore gaming...but this isn't into the DNA of the company as well...my old 7G was made only with CherryMX Black switches, I thought it was a problem because I was used to MX Blue, it wasn't instead...and now my preferred switches are linear ones.
I was looking for the Kalih SilverSpeed before buying the M750...but after trying these Gateron Red I'm glad I made my purchase...they feel perfect so far!

Why is my Rival 600 freezing and unfreezing. It randomly decides to work or not to work and I've tried everything. It can click and the lights work but it just wont move. I tried the power management thing and I tried reinstalling the engine and drivers. I don't know what to do. Don't have the box nor the money to get a new one. I've also only had it for like a month and it just started having these issues.
Unplugging and re plugging it in, it'll work for 2 seconds then stop again

Guys I got a question for my rival mice.
I've been using my Rival 700 for a roughly almost 3 years since it came out.
And I saw the Rival 710 pop out too. Does it have the same measurements and weight?
Because my Rival 700 is really beaten up right now and I prefer this mouse over the Rival 310 because of build quality. And also the Rival 300 was quite long for me to grip on.
So just asking back to the question.
Is the Rival 710 the same as the 700 with a new sensor?
If YES I'm getting one as soon as I can.

The rival isn’t the best mouse, I think what could be improved is create a grip on the left side of the mouse so you can easily flick and hit your shots. Invest in making the battery lighter, make the app easier to work around. Overall make the mouse more slim. And I think it will be better

@soft abyss I use a regular Xbox One controller with Rocket League...I don't think you need anything more expensive than that. I would've bought the Stratus Duo, but the lack of vibration feedback is a big issue for me...I hope they'll release one with it because the technology used for the triggers is outstanding.

@stray axle the M750 uses Gateron Red which are a mix between MX Red and MX Black. Now the point is that Gateron are better than Cherry MX, started as copycat some years ago and now (like Kalih) they’ve their own thing and are far more reliable than Cherry MXs (they cost even more per switch). The Apex mounts a slightly modified verso which uses a different lubrificant for the springs and a completely trasparent casing for the RGB. But they’re basically Gateron Red, no Cherry MX have the same exact feeling but you can get an idea from what I said at the start of this post, between red and black: linear, no tactile at all, medium travel distance and smooth as butter.

My gamedac always decides to break or something
And when I switch between (game) and (discord or talk) audio, it doesnt do anyhting
it is as if there are 2 volume knobs
Because if i switch between both of them they do the same thing, make it louder or quieter, but not switch between the audios

Mmm...the 2019 edition should've fixed the problem with the cushions. I the "old" design there was this problem with ears touching the drivers (I had it with the Arctis 3) but then I changed them with the 2019 revision and they're fine. I also use the Arctis Pro which have more clamping force and they're fine as well...
Can you share a photo of the headphone to understand which edition it is? Because if it's a 2018 model you could try swapping the cushions with the new airWave or leather ones which have more filling and should fix the problem (they cost something like £9).

Yep, the Apex 7 uses QX2 linear or (if you prefer) tactile. They're basically custom Gateron Red/Blue/Brown which are really good.
