Also make sure you position your microphone with the little needlepin holes facing your mouth. Basically position the flat surface so that it angles perfectly towards your mouth

The pro of a bi-directional mic is its excellent noise cancelling capabilities - the con is that you gotta position it right, otherwise you'll end up cancelling yourself out ;)

Any Drivers? Check those, maybe reinstall it.
Check the Charge port, check for damage or dust.
make sure the USB connection to the PC is secure (physically)

You can't really overcharge the headset, because it should stop when it's fully charged. I would recommend charging the headset with the USB cable connected to your PC and not a wall outlet though. I believe this may be the reason why the power LED if not reporting the right color.

It's probably fully charged even though it still shows yellow.

So I've been waiting a while for the HS1 Aluminium Headstand to come back in stock on the website, I got notified via emai and everything, great right!? I also have enough reward points to purchase it, again lovely. I then load it up on the website, see actually it's on offer at the moment, £10 off, so now £19.99, thought hmm fair enough.

I go to apply my code so I can order it, then lo and behold I get "The coupon cannot be combined with other promotions". 🙃

What is the point in having the reward points/system when you can't use them! What's the betting that now they're back in stock and now on offer that they're all going to be bought up and out of stock again before the offer ends.

Please tell me if I'm overreacting that I can't get free stuff but this has certainly rubbed me the wrong way! 😐

@stark rampart Well the mouse has 3 side buttons, only 2 work, and when you look in the buttons, the two that work have a green thing in ti (Probably the trigger for them) but the other one doesn't have that green thing in it
