One thing I will say tho is that my KB, mouse, Prism XL and headset are not syncing at all even with prismsync on

I think with the Prism XL it's acting like a normal prism so it's as if the controller was on the right of the kb

Can someone help me please? I have submitted a ticket, checked the FAQ and Done everything to try and help my problem, but to no avail, my Stratus XL will not connect to my PC, and is on the latest firmware I believe, 1.69, however even if I connect it to my PC via USB, it never asks for an update. Yes @stray axle ! You would have to go into the Windows settings and change that. It would be something like... "Input Device" (set to blue yeti, this is microphone) and "Output Device"(set to the headset, this is sound)

There is a setting in the SteelSeries Engine that has "7.1 Surround Sound" your headset is defaulted to "Stereo Sound" try changing the stereo to surround. Should solve the problem im p sure @wicked shard

I dont play fortnite(just not my cup of tea) however I play LOTS of Battlefield V. Lots of explosions, tanks rollin around, gunfire everywhere, planes, etc. etc. If im in a building I can hear where the person is running at(below or above) or if im in a small room, I can hear someone reloading around the corner etc. I dont have a problem at all

I also play quite a bit of R6. and if u dont knkw how R6 audio works, i reccomend checking it out( reallt cool) but I can pinpoint where people are at by reloads, slow steps, etc. I dont have any problems:/

because you already changed headphones (and you even changed model) I wonder if it's some issue on your MoBo...otherwise is just your SS driver fighiting against the soundcard you have installed on your PC...

I had a similar issue with the 7H-USB back in the day...but I loved too much my 300$ Creative soundcard to use a USB dongle instead and I just thrashed the SS card and plugged the Headphones via Analog connector...

Considering now that modern headphones have good DAC and audio processors (and that you just paid £300 for those Arctis Pro) I wonder if uninstalling and/or disabling any soundcard on your system leaving just the Arctis receiver as audio processor might fix your issues...

as far as I can say you have 50% chance that the microhopone is broken as the driver needs to be installed again for some reason

if the microphone is broken they change immediately the product with a working one

it worked perfectly fine on my desktop though but now I've switched over to my laptop just to be on discord while my desktop is broken and now its just not working

@normal cape as I said, look up "windows 10 audio not working". There are some useful videos. Worked for me multiple times even in different applications

yeah but some people don't have knowledge on tech so saying it might be a driver doesnt change anything for because I have no clue what a driver is and how to fix it
