Just got a Rival 600 and an Apex 100 today. I've always wanted to try out SteelSeries stuff, but I never really had a chance. I fell in love with the Rival 600 and SteelSeries the second I opened the box. The quality of the packaging and the mouse was just amazing. I can officially say that I'll be buying SteelSeries gear from now on.
As far as games I play, it's pretty limited right now. I just recently finished both the Portal games, and am currently looking for a new gamee to play. The main one I play is Geometry Dash. Not the typical thing you think of when you think of a gamer, but it does take a lot of skill. I'm looking forward to meeting some cool people who love games ;)

Welp, here's an introduction anyhow; My name is Bastian Inuk Christensen, I'm born in Greenland, and at age 6 I was forced to Denmark by my mum, wasn't a nice experience. I am now 22 and hold no grudge, I have been back "home" plenty of times. I live in Roskilde and have lived in Copenhagen, a simple train ride away from SteelSeries HQ. Currently I have a steelseries mouse, which I never use, and a mousemat I got from work, which I use all the time. I am drooling over the SteelSeries Nimbus, especially after the Apple Arcade announcement 👀

I write a blog, DM me if you're interested in reading, it's mostly about Apple, so I don't suspect many in here is interested eitherway, I hope to get on some PR list from SteelSeries, but at 500 readers in the 2 weeks the blog has existed, I guess I have to wait for that to come in fruition.

I study humanitarian technology on Roskilde University, so I hope to be attractive for people who wants accessibility experts, I'm going to major in Computer Science and minor in Communication, super excited to start coding on an arcademic niveau!

All of these is what defines me as of today, earlier in my life, I tried doing YouTube, but only uploaded <10 vids in the three years I went.

Anyway, um. As you can see I mean unless you're blind or illiterate okno, bad humor is bad. For real now, you can call me either Vexus or WolVexus, I don't care which you use. Been using SteelSeries since I got my gaming laptop about September-ish of last year when I bought the Rival600 to go with my HyperX Stinger which was replaced by Arctis5 as of Christmas then replaced the 600 with the 650 when I had enough for it. It feels perfect for both OG and 2k16 DOOM while the headset lets me hear sneakies. I do have a YT channel that broke 100 subs just a few days ago as well as a twitch that i occasionally stream on

Call me by my username. I got into steelseries from a youtube advertisement. Got me pretty interested as I got an Apex 7 TKL keyboard for my Birthday. I would've gotten the pro version but I'm happy with what I got as I've turned 14 and I plan to invest on steelseries with the 270$ I got from my relatives on my birthday. I also plan to get the new wireless headphones and the Rival 650 wireless as I've always wanted a microphone. I would've gotten a webcam with a microphone on it but thanks to a youtube ad that appeared, I'm completely interested on steelseries now

Hey everyone. I've been impressed by the products of SteelSeries. Great quality and fair prices. Only thing that makes me disappointed is the quality of the support...
No number for contact and the only thing you can do is send a ticked and hope they answer. Apart from that, i'd love to become a frequent customer if support is the least bit improved. I've had the right side of my Arctis 7 stop working while playing COD and i opened the ticket at Dec 13th and my problem is still nowhere near solved, last activity was 7 days ago. Apart from the work-in-progress support team, the products are damn first rate.

Hey guys, i bought a rival 500 mouse 7 months ago in June 2019, worked like a charm. However, yesterday my mouse sensitivity was just randomly sent through the roof and clicking the CPI button at the top didn't work. On top of that, i uninstalled the engine and then reinstalled the same engine i had, and then uninstalled the driver. rebooted my computer, and then reinstalled the driver, and nothing changed. Even when i save buttons to certain keys, they work. The CPI button works because i bound the button to the letter 'A', and i was able to type in a into a search bar. but when i try to change the CPI by typing in the number or using the dial to make it to what I had before, it doesn't work. Can someone explain what is going on?

I submitted a ticket but the guy hasn't replied in like hours, so idk what to do.
